Special Event Information
Applicant must submit application, and all necessary attachments, including the Certificate of Insurance, to the Tourism Director’s Office located inside City Hall at 201 E. Jefferson Ave, Effingham, IL 62401, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by email at jthoele@effinghamil.com at least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the date of the special event.
